NASA women celebrated in Lego

Lego is launching a new figurine set commemorating the women of NASA, the company announced this week. The set includes NASA heroines Margaret Hamilton, Mae Jemison, Sally Ride and Nancy Grace Roman. USA Today reports the mastermind behind the set, science editor and writer Maia Weinstock, said in a statement: "In all realms of science, engineering, and technology, pioneering women have historically been under-appreciated for their often groundbreaking work." The 231-piece set will also include a miniature version of the Hubble Space Telescope and the Space Shuttle.
